We start the program with an intake meeting : you get to know the coaches and we find out with you if this program is the right move for your company. We discuss your expectations of new business opportunities in detail: revenue, relation to your current activities, maximum start-up capital, and so on. We explain how ideas are mobilized and how teams are created. We adapt the process to your company specifics. This meeting takes about two hours with top management. At the end of the meeting, you decide to go on or not.
